How can I access the Control Panel if it’s been hidden?
I recently purchaced a used computer running Windows XP. When I tried to change settings like user accounts or back ground, I’ve noticed that the Control Panel option isn’t listed in the Start Menu. Where did it go, did the previous owner restrict the access to the Control Panel? If so, how do I get it back?
