What is a Supra Key in Real Estate?

The Supra Key is an electronic key pad that is used to gain access to a Supra Lock Box, to obtain the key(s) to a property that another Real Estate Agent is showing. It is the high tech equivalent of the combination or numerical lock boxes that have been in use for many years.
It also has other functions beyond granting access to the keys. Among other things;
It releases the shackle, can be set to limit the earliest & latest showing hours for a property AND, enables the listing agent to obtain a list of the dates, hours & names of the Supra Key holders who have opened the lock box to gain access to the property.
