Steps to A stressful USPS Change of Address

The first thing that you need to do is to change your address and notify this to the persons concerned. You have to let people and organizations that matter know about your new address. The first thing you should do is to go to the post office and file your change of address out there. This should be done at least thirty days before you actually move home. This can be done either by visiting the post office or online.

Ensure that all your records are in order. Look carefully for school transcripts, medical records, doctors. If you need any referrals collect them now.

Go ahead and make your life junk and clutter free. As you are packing your cartons remove or give to charity or have a jumble sale for the things that you have collected but never worn or used. Those things and clothes that you have not worn over a year is certainly not going to be worn by you now. Give them away to someone deserving.

Also, banish from your life all telemarketer’s calls. It can certainly be an irritant when you are in the midst of something really busy and you receive this pesky telemarketer’s spiel. Rather than being rude or irritated now is the time for you to register for no telemarketing calls. Same is the case with junk mail. It will save you so much of time and effort not to get something that you certainly aren’t interested in.

Make a checklist of the things that you need to do and assign priority to it based on how critical they are. Things that are marked critical should be focused on first. Once these have been struck off your checklist you can move on to the next tasks. It is important that you set a specific date by which you need to complete each of these tasks. This will give you a clear road map and time frame about when it should be complete and done. Look at your checklist and before you wind up for the day ensures that you note down your progress. This will allow you to monitor your progress and pick up pace if required. This will also keep procrastination at bay and you will not have tasks building up right until the very end.

Try and delegate things to family and friends so that you are not burdened with all of them.

The other day, while I was at work, my cousin stole my iPad and tested to see if it can survive a thirty foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now destroyed and she has 83 views. I know this is totally off topic but I had to share it with someone!
