Placing an Order

Click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button , this will add the item to your shopping cart. You can view and update your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Shopping Cart"  button  at the top of any page.

Payments Accepted

• When you are taken to the secure checkout page you can choose to pay via these major credit cards. Your payment will be processed in "real time" on a secure page, by our merchant account provider. 

• You may pay via the "PayPal" payment system.

   

  • "PayPal" offers a secure environment for making web payments by credit card, check or your "PayPal" cash balance. The "PayPal" system accepts all of the following forms of payment.

• You may pay by personal or business check (orders may be held up to 10 days, to allow checks to clear bank).

• You may pay by Money Order.

Shipping Policies

A handling charge of $5.50 is charged on all orders. This is a per order charge and is included in the shipping fees for the first item.

Shipping fees are determined by total order weight shipped to your US zip code,  using current UPS rate tables.

Shipping fees can only be calculated if you are requesting shipping to a valid US street address in the lower contiguous 48 states.

Orders shipped to a P.O. Box an APO address, Hawaii, Alaska or internationally  may incur additional fees. Please email a list of the item(s) you are interested in customerservice@secureyourstuff.net for a quote.

While we use UPS rates, your order may be shipped via UPS, FedEX, or USPS.

Orders shipped via USPS may incur additional charges, you will be notified of any additional changes before order is processed.

All orders will be shipped from our various fulfillment centers, or from our Wisconsin warehouse within 24 to 36 hours of order placement.

• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground,  FedEx Home Delivery, or USPS Parcel Post, unless other arrangements are requested.

• Shipping time will usually range from 1-7 days, depending on your location. International orders could take longer, depending on shipping method.

• International shipments may incur customs fees, brokerage fees, or additional taxes, and would be the responsibility of the recipient

• For international shipments or if you require other shipping arrangements, please email us at customerservice@secureyourstuff.net, we will email a shipping quote to you.  Include a list of the items you wish to purchase.

For items purchased from affiliate sites, shipping charges are determined by that affiliates shipping policy.

When items are listed on our site. they are in stock and available from one or more sources.

Stocks of items are occasionally depleted, due to extreme popularity, being discontinued by the supplier or manufacturer etc.

When this occurs we will contact you before order is processed.

Available options are:

• Replace item with another item of equal value, quality and price.

• Wait for the item to come back into stock.

• A full refund of your money.

How to Handle Returns

If you need to return an item purchased from our site, for any reason, contact us at customerservice@secureyourstuff.net , we will give you instructions on how to return those items.

If you need to return an item purchased from an affiliate site, please contact that affiliate, for their return policy.
