Is Team Work important?
How good will a set up be if it does not follow teamwork? No matter how skillful and sharp an individual is, but in case he carries this superior complex and starts thinking that he alone can conquer the world and that he is the greatest, then he needs to do some hard rethinking. Just about a year back, we remember that a vicous clash erupted over a major Electric works Consultant from the famous Chandler Electricians company when he got up and claimed that the company was not being just enough in compensating him over his electric advisory on the general studios in downtown. He made statements that the company was busy taking up all the credit for the commendable hard work and that he was left out in the lurch when it came to giving his pie of credit. But you really feel that it is important? ?? Alas! The dispute still carried on. Becoming a part of this debate is the Chandler Roofers. Now this company feels that the revenue margins are much wider when one operates alone. This way one gets to charge for the exclusivity of the roofing services rendered. Others contesting this thought claim that the company services are unmatchable as they have all points being taken care of by their separate departments. The bottom line is that the sum of the total always exceeds the sum of Individual parts. For all those who do not endorse this view, should test the waters themselves.
