In michigan law can you drive on private property without a license?
My BF lost his license for drinking and driving, is he able to drive on private property though?
Yes, so long as the property is not open to the public to drive on, and he has the owners permission.
If he owns a farm, for example, he can drive on the farm – or on someone else’s farm with their permission. He cannot, however, drive in the local WalMart parking lot, even with their permission, because that lot is open to the public to drive their cars on.
