Is it inappropriate to post a sign that says Trick or Treating for 13 and under only?
I am currently off work due to a medical condition and have very little money coming in. I believe that Trick or Treating is for young kids. If older kids, and even college age adults are coming there is less for the kids. There are a lot of parties and events for the older kids/young adults.
Perhaps, due to your particular situation, you just might want to sit out this Halloween. There’s nothing wrong with not participating. Just make sure all your outside lights and decorations are not on. Concentrate on taking care of yourself this year. Take Care and Bright Blessings!
