The product is a H.264 standalone dvr HR04, It is a surveillance dvr. ?
it hooks up to my pc so that i can view my home from the internet. i have a manual but it doesn’t show how to delete. it doesn’t give an option to format the disk. does any one know if there is a way?
Usually, you go through the menu, then Advanced, then HDD, the Clear HDD or Format HDD. Look for the term HDD.
