What are the best surveillance cameras on the market?
I’m trying to go for less than $200. I don’t care for b/w or color, or with audio or no audio, but night vision would be nice. I just something that works great for less than $200. I’m also looking for 2-3. So if there’s a place that sells kits/sets, that would be great. I’m not exactly looking for internet type cameras. I would be setting the cameras up in the living room and maybe one to keep an eye on my car. Also, what does it mean when the camera has network or no network? I’m seeing that while searching and nothing explains it. Any help is great! Thanks in advance!

As for night vision, the best choices are B&W cameras because they are infrared (IR) sensitive.
Essentially, you have two big issues: 1) power and 2) how to connect so you can view them.
For power, you have either something you plug in via an AC adapter or battery power.
For connections, you have wired or wireless. With wireless, you have wireless like a TV broadcast, with a receiver connected to your TV or VCR or you can have a network wireless, that connects via a wireless Internet type connection to your computer.
To do that, you’d need a wireless router.
