why does my cingular wireless phone not let me make calls, only emergency ones.?
All bars are up, but I cant make any calls or receive them. I’ve turned my phone off and on numerous times with no luck.
Besides not paying the bill, you may have also inadvertently locked your cell phone which will require a code to unlock. Call customer service.
On a side note, GPS has nothing to do with 911. 911 centers cannot afford to be hooked up to a orbiting satellite. Location is determined by tower triangulation.
